Job Description
DIRECT HIRE!
We are searching for a dispatch and client success associate located in Buellton, CA who will be the primary point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and make client calls
- Responsible for incident escalation management
- Understand client contracts in order to properly schedule the appropriate resources and prioritize requests
- Work with clients in order to provide excellent customer service in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Keep accurate records of discussion or correspondence with customers
- Assist the management team with administrative duties as requested
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 year experience in I.T services, customer service or retail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows
- Detail oriented and focused on quality
- Ability to coordinate fast moving schedules for people and projects
