Property Maintenance Technician

Emerald Beach Properties is actively seeking a full time maintenance technician to join our team. Seeking a self-motivated individual to perform general maintenance tasks at and support the overall quality of vacation rentals we manage at various resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Travel between multiple worksites each day

Estimate time and extent of repairs

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Maintain material and supply inventory

Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Appliance troubleshooting

Cable/wifi troubleshooting

Basic HVAC repair

Light plumbing

 

​Qualifications:

 

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Deadline and detail-oriented
