The Kitchen Line Cook is responsible for food preparation, presentation, recipe adherence and quality control. All food must be prepared according to specific company procedure and instruction. Food must be prepared in a safe and timely manner; time goals (ticket times) must be met. The Line Cook must be a team player who can multi-task and work with a high sense of urgency. They must also possess excellent listening and communication skills. The Line Cook may be required to work Take- out window, Dine- in window, grill, fryer, presses, soups, salads, etc.
