As a back of house Angler you must:

• Passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications
• Execute Bonefish Standards on food specifications
• Follow all QAR Standards to ensure food safety for our guest
• Be a Team player
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
