Make up to $21 per hour as a Mover-Driver with Bellhop! - Phoenix

We’re seeking Movers and Mover-Drivers to join the Bellhop team and help us deliver world-class moving experiences to our customers!  Bellhop Pros can earn rank-up to Captain by exhibiting exceptional performance.

Mover Pay: $15 per hour (plus $5from mileage and tips)

Driver Pay: $21 per hour (plus $5 from mileage and tips) 

Captain (Driver) Pay: $25 per hour (plus $5 from mileage and tips)  

As a Mover & Driver on our platform, you’ll work as a mover and also drive the 26’ box truck throughout the move! If not interested in driving, we have mover-only opportunities as well!

Previous experience preferred in moving, warehousing, or delivering world-class service to customers.

 Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old - 21 to be eligible to drive
• Own a smartphone with an active plan
• Reliable transportation - moves can be 30 miles + away
• Be able to repeatedly lift 100+ pounds
• Deliver five star experiences to our customers
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and cooperative attitude at all times
• Able to work moves that last from 2-8 hours at a time
• Able to work mornings and/or afternoons (moves start at 8am and 2pm)
• Able to work on weekends (we have work during the week, but we are busiest on the weekends)

Driver  Requirements:

• Operate a 26ft box truck
• Practice safe driving habits and follow all state and national safety regulations
• Valid Driver’s License - CDL A or B preferred, but not required
• Have no more than 3 points on a motor vehicle report (within the past 2 years)
• No suspensions in the past 12 months. No more than 1 within the past 3 years
• No more than 1 at-fault accident within the past 3 years
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
• Above average communication skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude

How Do You Get Paid?

• Get paid each Friday straight to your checking account
• Payment comes in 3 ways:
  • Base hourly rate +  additional $6/hr on moves you drive
  • Driving compensation when you travel more than 15 miles to a move
