As part of the Customer Strategy and CRM team, the Marketing Associate will play an integral role in helping us understand difference between and deepen our relationship with our customer. The candidate will assist in the planning and execution of targeted marketing programs across our customer file. The Marketing Associate will work closely with cross functional partners on integrated marketing campaigns spanning all outbound marketing channels with a focus on email personalization. A successful candidate should be data-driven, resourceful and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute customer strategy across marketing campaigns and channels
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with our copy and creative teams to brainstorm messaging concepts and tactics
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to translate strategic vision into tactical campaigns that drive key KPIs
  • Understand key customer segments, uncovering opportunities within the data and working with the team to develop action plans to activate and impact KPIs
  • Streamline data & reporting requests
  • Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, engagement, and retention
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a CRM, strategy or email marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills focusing on tracking, manipulating data, and building custom formulas; Power Point proficiency
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture) or Google Analytics preferred
  • Prior experience with Tableau/Domo and enterprise-level Email Service Provider (ESP)
  • Strong communication, cross-functional relationship building, and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and tracking through strictly maintained reports and documentation
