Parker Tide is a veteran-owned, small business in DC. We serve as a value-added partner to the government. We are seeking Staffing Specialist to work onsite in DC with one of our clients. Active TS/SCI Clearance Required Salary:
Depends on Experience. Responsibilities:
• Individual will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
• Draft and reviewing vacancy announcements
• Enter and maintaining all applicant data in PeopleSoft • Extend Conditional Job Offers (CJOs) to selected applicants
• Coordinate with Career Development Officers (CDOs) regarding placement bids • Process final hiring actions in PeopleSoft and manage onboarding paperwork • Extend final job offer and set Entry on Duty (EOD date)
• Support monthly recruitment events Experience and Qualifications:
• Provide advice on all phases of recruitment / staffing process
• Facilitate, execute, and track staffing actions • Apply Veterans Preference to eligible veterans in accordance with policy
• Apply concepts for Benefits, Pay Administration, and determine the Nature of Actions
• Process Personnel Action Requests (PARs) and personnel actions
