Our Kitchen Manager / Catering Manager is responsible for quality food production and managing a staff to maintain our high standards, as well as ordering food and supply products.
The Kitchen Manager / Catering Manager is responsible for operating costs such as labor and food costs. Must be able to meet deadlines, handle all back of the house duties, including following recipes, procedures and company systems.
* Serv-Safe Certified
* Valid driver’s license
* Prefer banquet experience
* Previous supervisory / management skills
* Drug test & Background test is required
* Ability to lead staff to work in a clean & organized environment
