Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for all areas of operations of the store in the Manager’s absence, which includes Guest Service, Profit and Loss, Human Resources and all other functions of the store.
Performs specific tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
Assists the Store Manager in seeing that the store is maintained to Minuteman Food Mart standards.
Adheres to all Government ABC and Tobacco regulations.
Has reliable transportation to meet scheduled work times and timely deposits as required.
Provide all guests with “OUTSTANDING” by utilizing our Fast, Friendly service with a smile motto
Ensures the Store Manager/ Assistant manager is aware of all sales, cash and operating discrepancies.
Follows proper clocking in and out procedures through the company computer.
Works with entire staff to ensure they are doing everything necessary to score 100% on all branded Mystery Shops.

Merchandising

Utilizing suggested selling techniques with Guests.
Ensure all store equipment, including fountain, coffee and food service areas are properly maintained.
Ensures cooler, store shelves and displays are clean, fully stocked and fronted.
Immediately advice Store Manager/Assistant Manager of any maintenance problems.

Work Schedule
Based on the operations of the store ensuring there is a member of management on every shift
