This Financial Analyst position is for you, if you would enjoy:
• Supporting senior management in analyzing and monitoring Hudson's performance
• Analyzing budget, forecast, long-term projections and financial analysis in order to evaluate the impact of various business decisions
• Conducting various audits and reporting findings to management
• Working a hybrid schedule out of our headquarters in East Rutherford, NJ

Financial Analyst Key Accountabilities:
• Analyze company budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and analyze long-term projections
• Monitor operational results
• Perform various financial analysis to identify issues, enhance performance and set financial targets
• Review business case submissions and capital expenditure requests
• Conduct post audits of capital expenditures
• Prepare and analyze financial models for union negotiations
• Prepare financial analysis to support various corporate departments
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Analyze traffic, economic and industry reports to identify trends
• Support due diligence on acquisition targets

Financial Analyst Required Qualifications:
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Finance
• Requires 1-3 years of financial/accounting experience preferably with focus on planning and analysis
• Requires SAP experience
• Requires advanced Excel knowledge (VBA preferred)
• Requires outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• Requires ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team and to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior management and operations
• Requires demonstrated attention to detail, good time management, customer service skills and organization skills
• Requires very good communication and interpersonal skills
