SUBWAY® is seeking leaders with three to five years of QSR management experience, preferably multi-unit management who are motivated to grow their careers with an expanding company and are committed to quality, service, people development, and solid financial management of restaurants. This is an opportunity with an established brand, Subway restaurants, no travel, and with a company that has grown locations for the past 22 years. Our Multi-Unit Managers are responsible for ensuring several locations are exceeding customer service expectations, meeting corporate and franchisor standards, and delivering solid financial results.
The Multi-Unit Manager will oversee operations for five to eight store units, coordinating and developing the professional abilities of unit management staff and ensure that all business operations are enforced in regard to financial controls, operational standards, policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our customers. Provide leadership for each manager in the market to ensure the day-to-day operations of the restaurants in the market, trains, coaches and supports management staff.
