This location consists of eight on-campus restaurants, catering, and a 5000-seat arena. On average we serve 30,000 meals a week.
We currently are seeking to fill the positions of:
Lead Baker - Minimum 6 months experience
Baker - Minimum 6 months experience
Our Bakers prepare breads, rolls, pizza dough, laminated dough's and assorted bakery items according to the direction of the bakery supervisor or manager.
-Must have MINIMUM 6 months experience baking in high volume kitchen
-Ability to read and follow recipes.
-Basic knowledge of measurements.
-Basic cake decorating skills.
-Knowledge of plating cakes and desserts for meal service.
-Keep dessert bar and dessert refrigerator well stocked.
-Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work area and bakery utensils.
-Knowledge of bakery supplies and commercial kitchen equipment
-Other duties may be assigned as needed.
-Able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
-Lift up to 40 pounds, but have the ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
-Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
-This position will involve some repetitive motion tasks.
-This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
We offer flexible hours seven days a week.
Current Pay Range: $12-$16/hour
