RN Nurse Supervisor Labor and Delivery

A leading acute care hospital based in sunny Palm Beach county is currently searching for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor Labor and Delivery to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This regional leading acute care facility is home to more than 400 inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of services including comprehensive cardiovascular care, emergency and critical care, maternity and pediatrics, perioperative services, and cancer care. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the RN Nurse Supervisor Labor and Delivery will provide supervision and leadership to the unit which consists of 13 labor and delivery rooms, 10 obstetric ED beds, 3 post-operative suites, and 2 operating rooms. The RN Nurse Supervisor Labor and Delivery will promote professionalism within the unit, perform ongoing staff evaluations, direct patient flow and assist with staff scheduling, and ensures regulatory readiness with all governing bodies. This department is proud to deliver more than 3,000 babies each year.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN license in state of FL or ability to attain
• Progressive leadership experience in an acute care inpatient unit
