Role: Support the RGM and AM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.


The Shift Leader is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

  • Manage day to day operations of the restaurant
  • Open availability to work weekends and holidays and average of 35 hours per week
  • Execute MIC Success Routine
  • Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet both brand and company standards
  • Set the tone for customer service satisfaction
  • Assist with Team Member sourcing and selection
  • Audit CORE performance and coach for improvement
  • Manage equipment maintenance and cleaning standards
  • Assess and coach service excellence
  • Manage product inventory and ordering
  • Manage back office administration and organization
