Requirements

Qualifications: 

  1. Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment
  2. Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
  3. Basic computer competency

Responsibilities: 

  1. Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
  2. Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
  3. Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  4. Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service support
  5. Responsible for inventory and facilities management
  6. Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
  7. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds
  8. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  9. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  10. Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  11. Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
