looking for an indiviual with Assistant Manager Experience. Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours a week.
Serv safe certified preferred.
Must be able to supervise and oversee a staff of 25.
Attention to detail is required. Must be able to motivate the team, interview, hiring, orientations, and other tasks assigned by the restaurant general manager.
Must be able to control labor and food costs. Must be great with passing health department visits and food audits.
