The Application Integration and Database Associate Developer role will assist team members in supporting Ace's database, data analytics and data integration platforms. The Associate Developer will also participate in the design and development of backend components for custom software applications. This is a great entry level opportunity for recent college grads.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Develop: Develop (code) technical integration layer components based on design specification which adhere to coding standards and guidelines. Participate in code review to ensure components meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Test: Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure all requested functionality is provided and adhering to the design specification. Document testing results.
  • SQL program development
  • Database modeling and creation of database structures
  • Scripting language development in languages such as PowerShell, shell scripting
  • API development
  • Contribute to various projects


Skills and Education requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in the following area(s): Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration Bachelor's with an emphasis in data management preferred
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Knowledge of application program interfaces (API)
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding Software Development Life Cycle
  • Passion for crafting and creating products that bring value to consumer's daily life
  • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly in high-pressure environments
  • Ambitious self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to contribute as an effective team member
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Embodies an enthusiastic and helpful attitude
  • Willingness and ability to give presentations to colleagues, managers, and directors
