Bojangles is seeking to hire a full-time Assistant Manager / Assistant Unit Director to assist the Restaurant Manager / Unit Director and provide leadership and coaching to employees while generating an atmosphere where people strive to exceed customer expectations. The Assistant Manager / Assistant Unit Director earns a competitive salary of $38,000-$42,000/year. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER / ASSISTANT UNIT DIRECTOR

As the Assistant Manager / Assistant Unit Director, you assist the Restaurant Manager / Unit Director in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You work hard to make sure your team works cohesively and that our restaurant runs smoothly. As you lead by example, you assist your team in creating an atmosphere that exceeds customers' expectations. When challenging opportunities arise, you take charge and provide excellent customer service. Your leadership skills are essential as you assist with the training of new employees. And, your willingness to work right alongside your team helps create a cooperative environment based on teamwork. Your attention to detail, great leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers ensure your success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 18 years old
  • At least a year of experience as an Assistant Manager in the restaurant industry
  • Food handler's permit
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to pass a drug test

WORK SCHEDULE

The work schedule for this position is primarily days that the Restaurant Manager / Unit Director has off and 3-4 nights per week. You must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
