Cybersecurity Lead Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Continental US What You'll Get to Do: CACI is looking for a Cybersecurity Lead to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DoD customer to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations. More About the Role:
The Cybersecurity Lead will provide end user device protection services to detect and prevent malware and reduce the risk of inadvertent or accidental data leaks, or exposure of sensitive data outside authorized channels or authorized recipients. The candidate will maintain awareness of DoD policy, industry trends, emerging technology, and evolving CACI capabilities in order to continually bring guidance and best practices to the program. The candidate will implement a robust cyber security and defense capability focused on protecting data and applications on end user devices. This includes the capability to protect data in transit and data at rest on the user's devices (i.e., desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for executing highly automated security functions and ensuring their solution and devices are able to operate with unclassified (including CUI) and classified data. The Cybersecurity Lead will be responsible for minimizing, to the greatest extent possible, the number of unique security, defense, and quality of service appliances running on endpoints to achieve a balance between risk and operational performance. The Cybersecurity Lead will create a strategy to help further the Department of the Air Force's zero trust initiative and interoperate with DoD, other agencies, and service providers. The Cybersecurity Lead will provide oversight to Cyber Security Analysts and Cyber Security Engineers. You'll Bring These Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience: 1.10 years' experience of increasing responsibility in the relevant field(s). 2. Substantial experience with end user device protection. 3. Analytical skills for interpreting complex information received from several sources, deciding the best way to move forward with a project and anticipating how changes may affect projects. 4. Understanding of large enterprise environment 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in presenting material to senior Government officials. 6. Creativity to find innovative solutions to Cyber issues when necessary. 7. Specific experience implementing a zero trust strategy. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or another scientific or technical discipline. 2. Must have 10 Years of relevant experience. 3. Active TS/SCI security clearance. 4. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or CompTIA Security+. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Desired Skills: 1. Master's degree in management of information technology. 2. USAF experience, including but not limited to former military service. 3. Familiarity with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF). 4. Familiarity with the DOD Secure Host Baseline.
