Pay Rate: $15.00
(An additional $0.70 increase is available upon passing of our Spanish bilingual assessment test and taking Spanish incoming calls)
Training: 100% Attendance is required
7weeks Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
1 week for testing Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
Regular Hours: Must be flexible to work a straight 8 hour shift
between the hours of 8:00AM -8:00PM (Monday-Friday) and or 8:00AM-6:00PM (Saturday)
*Please note you may have split days off.
This position is responsible for resolving all aspects of customer inquiries and complaints, as well for providing accurate and timely responses, and for entering accurate information into the customer database. You would be under direct supervision, and handling customer inquiries, including but not limited to, claims and benefit interpretation. As a Customer Service Representative you are aiding prospective members, enrolled members, providers, employers, vendors, and other customers.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum 2 years customer service required
Basic computer knowledge include: MS Office
Data Entry (Alphanumeric) Typing 30WMP
Must be able to multitask: Ability to document while speaking to member or providers
Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts, this can include both members and providers
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment is required
Great attention to detail
