Job Description

FirstLight Home Care is looking for a full-time administrative assistant with scheduling requirements for clients and caregivers.

This person will be responsible for answering phones, responding to client requests and caregiver scheduling and general office duties. Candidate must be a self-starter and Team Player! Attention to detail and good communication skills is a must.

Duties:

* Assist primary scheduler and gain a thorough knowledge of scheduling software

* Must be a clear and effective communicator, willing to listen and engage both clients and caregivers.

* Must confirm caregiver shifts, update clients with their visits.

* Must be able to follow up with quality assurance phone calls

* Rotating on call on weekends with other office staff

* Update caregiver Facebook page

Education:

High School Diploma

Experience:

Basic Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: Commensurate with experience and skill set
