Requirements:
- Must be at least 19 years of age (21 in some locations)
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Pesticide License a plus but not required
- Must pass a criminal background check, as well as MVR requirements
- Ability to pass a post hire Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
- Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer and push a total weight of 80-100 pounds
- No previous landscaping experience required
What will you be doing as a Lawn Specialist here at TruGreen?
- Working outside independently.
- Applying lawn care products to beautify residential or commercial customer's lawns.
- Receive specialized training to become a trusted lawn care expert for your customers.
- Driving a company vehicle to customer locations on your route.
- Interacting with customers daily about their services.
