Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC! The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Cafe, 2 Bistros and Catering Operations. The Sous Chef will work under the direction of the Executive Chef.

Position Summary
Leads food preparation at one station of a foodservice operation (i.e., salads, soups). May supervise less than two full time employees.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Duties of the Sous Chef will include but not limited to:
- Daily production
- Ensuring stations are set up
- Recipe adherence
- Ensuring quality and presentation of food prior to leaving the kitchen
- Safety and haacp
- Assist the Executive Chef with management of the hourly staff
- Will assist with catering when needed
