Live Well at Citi Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Live Well at Citi Health Services Project Manager role reports to the Assistant Medical Director and assists with creating and initiating integrated project plans. He/she will partner with key stakeholders including the Health Promotion team and Corporate Realty Services. This role will make a significant impact on the Live Well team through complex deliverables, strategic advice, and PMO methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track project deliverables
• Ensure key milestones are met
• Facilitate issue resolution
• Conduct RFP for onsite medical staffing and services
• Onboard a new Electronic Medical Record (in progress)
• Manages project work including, coordinates and disseminates information of process, policy and procedure changes and ensuring the successful completion of projects managed
• Constantly improving their own and teams' skills through lessons-learned reviews at project completion
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
• Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
• Reporting Measurements/Data related to all medical departmental activities/initiatives.
• Serve as Department contact for Corporate Realty Services/Facilities related to onsite clinics.

Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• 6-10 years of relevant work experience; at least 2-3 years project management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Outstanding problem-solver, should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
• MS office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, and trend analysis
