• RN for 1:1 care for ESY beginning July 5th

• Part Time / 4+ Hours daily, Monday - Friday / 20+ hours weekly

• Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ health and wellness.
• Travel to pick up student for the school day and accompany him home at the end of the day.
• Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations
• Provide nursing services through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
•  Maintain all documentation required by the district  - inlcuding,  but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEPs

• Must hold a current license to practice in the state of New York
• Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development
