CDL A Regional / OTR Flatbed Drivers in Oklahoma City, OK - Full-time

Andrus Transportation Service is hiring CDL A Regional / OTR Flatbed Drivers in the Oklahoma City, OK area for the Dallas, TX fleet. You will be assigned one of our routes running up and down I-35 from Oklahoma City to San Antonio, and east & west from Dallas to Memphis. Compensation:

• Guaranteed Weekly Minimum Pay: $1,200, many drivers make more depending on their routes
  • Drivers are paid a competitive base CPM (based on a graduated pay scale based on experience) with 2,000 - 2,500 average miles weekly
  • Additional Pay:
    • Accessorial Pay:
      • Detention – Drivers will be paid $18 per hour after the first two hours
      • Drop Pay - First and last stops are included in the per mile pay, extra drops: 2, 3, 4, 5+ are paid at $50 each drop
      • Layover and Breakdown Pay – Driver will be paid $18 per hour. Breakdown and Layover pay is capped at 5 hours or $90.
    • Longevity Bonus: Quarterly 3 CPM bonus after 1 year of Employment
    • Performance Bonuses (mileage, Idle and fuel efficiency):
      • Amounts vary, talk to your recruiter
    • $5,000 sign-on bonus
      • Paid out $500 each month for 10 months
    • Flatbed Seasonal Tarp Pay Policy:
      • All tarped loads that deliver on or after December 15th - March 15th, and on or after June 15th - September 15th, will be paid at $100
      • All tarped loads that deliver before or after these seasonal time frames, will be paid at the normal rate of $80
• Weekly pay available on your Comdata Card or via Direct Deposit

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time & Schedule: On the road for 5 days and home for the weekends
• Route: Routes vary, but run primarily along I-35 and I-20, with the occasional loads to/from Memphis
• Level of Touch: Typical flatbed – straps, tarps and regular safety stops

• Late model Freightliner & Volvo trucks
  • No older than 3 model years
• Automatic Transmission
