Responsibilities:
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc)
Provide homemaker care (cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc)
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 1 year of experience providing home health care
*STNA license, CNA certificate, OR HHA training certificate
*CPR/First Aid Certification (training may be provided)
*Ability to build rapport with patients
*Current driver's license and reliable transportation
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
