We have proudly served clients in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wayne, Wyoming, and Susquehanna Counties for over 30 years. Interim Healthcare provides 24/7 care, 7 days per week, offering candidates the opportunity and flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides hands-on personal care, reports changes in the patient’s/client’s condition, performs simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provides incidental/instrumental activities of daily living as assigned to patients/clients in the home setting as permitted by the policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any other federal, state and local law or regulation.
Compensation and Benefits for the Home Health Aide (HHA):
· Per Diem; with opportunity to work up to 40 hours
· Hours: Day Time and Evenings
· Up to $14/hr
· Health Insurance
· Simple IRA Plan; company match up to 3%
· Accrued PTO
· Quarterly Bonuses
· Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
Minimum Requirements of the Home Health Aide (HHA):
· Eighteen (18) years of age or older
· Highschool diploma or equivalent
· One (1) year of experience in a similar position; required
· CPR certification; preferred
· Reliable form of transportation
· MUST be willing to undergo pre-employment screenings
