Our drivers interact directly with customers each day as the face of C.R. England. Our drivers work to maintain long-term relationships between themselves, the customer, and C.R. England. As such, Dedicated drivers are as much customer service representatives as truck operators. They must be friendly, outgoing, and detail oriented.

Our dedicated opportunities are the most in-demand as they offer predictable miles, regular routes, consistent home time, plus great pay and benefits. Mentors: Critical to New Truck Drivers
C.R. England is intimately familiar with what it takes to get a brand-new driver from the start of his or her training into a role as a veteran driver helping others entering the industry. It takes a lot of training, commitment, and career development. Mentors are a big part of the process.

Dedicated Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws and per C.R. England’s policies. Experienced drivers hiring with C.R. England must have 6 months tractor trailer experience. These drivers will go out with a mentor for 5 days to understand our company policies and procedures.

• Earn up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers
• Mentors average between $1,412 - $2,070 EACH WEEK plus full benefits
• Top 10% of driver mentors earn between $100,152 - $151,372 per year

Requirements

• 3 months of commercial driving experience for Drivers
• 6 months of commercial driving experience for Driver Mentors
• A valid CDL-A License
