We are seeking talented and team-oriented associates to join our comfortable and elegant environment at Balfour Lavender Farms located in Louisville, CO and situated at the base of the Rocky Mountains.  We encourage you to join our team as we deliver exceptional service for our residents. 

Schedule:  Full Time - Days

Benefits eligible on date of hire. 

As a care partner, you will partner with our licensed nurses to provide the highest quality of care and service to assist with residents’ daily living needs while supporting their emotional wellbeing. Assist with light housekeeping and perform departmental tasks such as documentation in PCC & Life Loop, organization of medical supplies, carts and storage. If you are certified as a QMAP, you may have additional duties.

You have a talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members and are able to provide a high level of compassion and care for our elderly residents while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and adhering to all HIPPA regulations.  You are able to read, write and communicate in English.  You might also have experience as a care partner for the elderly and memory impaired and/or customer service experience.  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS include the ability to walk the duration of your shift, lift a minimum of 30 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs. of resistance and work weekends and holidays as needed.  You may be exposed to unpleasant odors, contagious diseases and blood borne pathogens.

Actual compensation will be based on years of experience and active certifications.
