Fisher Investments is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who is passionate about compensation and the impact it makes on a workforce. The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) related to compensation and provides in-depth analysis and technical support related to the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of compensation related programs and consults with Human Capital and Business Leaders to support firm goals and user experience.

 

The Opportunity:

 

Reporting to the Compensation Manager, you will take on a broad range of compensation functions including: base / variable pay programs, market analysis and salary survey benchmarking. You will also take part in compensation analysis, technical design and the implementation supporting firm wide programs. The Day-to-Day:

  • Lead the design, implementation and administration of both base and variable pay programs (Domestic and International) in Workday
  • Analyze job, employee and external salary survey data to complete market assessments and create market position reports, leads the annual pay assessment for the Firm
  • Provide technical support for the base pay and bonus planning cycles including data pulls and analysis, Workday setup, rollout of planning resources and training the business leaders
  • Lead the research on compensation trends and best practices in the external market, create reports or presentations to share that information within the Firm
  • Evaluate current programs and identify opportunities for process improvement, complete the research and analysis, build the business case and lead the implementation and change management activities
  • Audit Workday employee compensation and job data elements to facilitate data correction activity
  • Provide guidance and high-level consultations working with Human Capital and Business Leaders in the use of Firm's base and variable pay programs

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of compensation experience; international compensation experience
  • Knowledge of basic market pricing principles and techniques, merit/bonus planning activity, data analysis and validation/audit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel experience using advanced formulas
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
