Penmac Staffing immediately hiring for a blend deburr/grinder positions with a aerospace company in Parsons, KS 


Responsibilities

  •    Using small hand tools, individuals will blend, deburr, grind, file and or sand surfaces of metal parts per specs on       blueprints, mylars, and other engineering data.
  •   Examine surface of metal to detect defects such as dents, scratches, burrs, or breaks in the metal.
  •    Polish and inspect your work.
  •   Scribe parts and then blend to the scribe lines

Skills

  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Read and understand internal procedures and policies.
  • Understand and follow through on both verbal and written instructions.
  • Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook

Requirements 
  • Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen
  • Team Player
  • Attention to Detail

This is a manufacturing environment where the noise level is usually loud requiring hearing protection to be worn.  An individual will frequently be required to stand, stoop, kneel, reach with hand and arms.

Overnight Shift: $17.50 / M-Th - 6p to 6a

Training on Day Shift: $15.50 / M-TH - 6a to 4:30p / Friday 6a to 2:30
