Job Description
Successful and busy plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking to hire a managing paralegal with a minimum of 5+ years of experience to join our Bayside, Queens office. Excellent opportunity to work in one of the largest firms in Queens County, a fast-paced, dynamic, friendly environment to develop your paralegal skills. Applicant must be to handle plaintiff's personal injury files from inception to trial. Must be able to draft pleadings independently. Must know plaintiff's personal injury litigation procedure.
Draft pleadings Summons and Complaints, Bill of Particulars, Notice of Claims independently of attorneys
Familiar with court procedure to manage files from inception through trial
Handle trial preparation
Long term working commitment preferred. Immediate hire. Salary commensurate with experience. Full benefit package available. Medical Malpractice Nursing Home experience is a plus.
