Job Description Michelangelo Designs is an Italian Design Center specializing in luxury Italian made furniture. We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, and driven individual who can: * Email customers and suppliers * Greet customers and speak with them professionally and patiently. * Operate, direct, and manage phones * File and organize orders * Speak with customers on the phone and resolve any issues, answer questions * Handle Customer Service duties- purchase orders and sales orders * Must speak English fluently and clearly since this job requires speaking on the phone and by email. * Must have knowledge and skill of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) * Coordinate deliveries Pluses but not required: * Bi-lingual * Knowledge of Quickbooks * Graphic Designing experience/ability * Social Media experience * Customer Service experience Job Hours: 40-hour work week, 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. Salary: $14.00 /hour Job Types: , Temporary with potential full time employment. 40 Hours per week. COVID-19 considerations: Customers and staff are required to wear a mask. Appointments are limited to minimize exposure.
