Motion GEOINT Program Instructor Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Motion GEOINT Program Instructor to deliver world-class geospatial intelligence instruction that provides a decisive advantage to warfighters, policymakers, and intelligence professionals. This position is in support of NGA organizations and located in McLean, VA. Specifically, the Motion GEOINT Program Instructor is responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of NGA's existing training program and associated training materials in direct support of NGA organizations and key external stakeholders Motion GEOINT Program Instructors use their instructor/ trainer experience to teach small-to-medium-sized groups (up to 15) in a GEOINT, All Source Intelligence, or FMV training environment. They provide training for FMV analytic tasks with the objective of evaluating, enhancing, and maintaining analytic workforce personnel. Motion GEOINT Program Instructors utilize Instructional Systems Design (ISD) approach to training for the development of learning objectives; methodologies of lecture, demonstration, and practical exercise; adult learning theory, and use of training aids. They provide training on FMV processing, exploitation, communication, and dissemination to FMV analysts and partners using Motion GEOINT data, as well as training FMV analysts to generate standard and non-standard NGA imagery analysis products that include motion imagery summary reports. Required Qualifications: * Top Secret Clearance with Enhanced Lifestyle Polygraph. * At least 18 months of experience within AOTX. * Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. * Demonstrated proven experience as an instructor or trainer for small-to-medium-sized groups (up to 15), preferably in a GEOINT, All Source Intelligence, or FMV training environment. * Successfully completed a military, educational, or commercial certified program equivalent to the 40-hour NGA College, Instructor Training Course. Training program must include Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or the systems approach to training model, development of learning objectives; methodologies of lecture, demonstration, and practical exercise; adult learning theory, and use of training aids. * Demonstrated current working knowledge and experience working in a first phase FMV analysis environment and be proficient with all GEOINT tools used in the program. Additionally, provide proven experience with MS Office Suite * Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite * Demonstrated advanced knowledge of FMV exploitation software. * Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving customer requirements. * Demonstrated experience to identify gaps in procedures, policies, and strategies and apply innovative solutions to fill those gaps. * Demonstrated ability to compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations. * Completed a formal Service Basic Intelligence Course * Demonstrated experience to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing * Demonstrated experience to work rapidly in a high tempo, high stress environment that often requires multi-tasking * Demonstrated experience to compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations * Demonstrated knowledge of the intelligence collection process * Demonstrated knowledge with ArcGIS and RemoteView or comparable ELT software * Demonstrated experience to perform geo-locational mensuration functions, extracts coordinates and positional relationships from digital database systems. Desired Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience in course development experience (E-Learning or Learning Technology course development experience.) * Demonstrated detailed working knowledge of NGA, Department of Defense, Federal, and Commercial Imagery systems and analysis tools. * Demonstrated experience supporting real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment * Demonstrated performance as an integral part of a team. * Demonstrated experience in the use of internet relay chat. * Demonstrated experience of performing geo-locational mensuration functions, extracting coordinates and positional relationships from digital database systems * Demonstrated experience in data mining using M3, open-source reporting and other intelligence sources. * Demonstrated experience to maintain and uses geospatial databases. * Demonstrated experience on intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information. * Demonstrated knowledge of geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries, military capabilities weapon systems. * Demonstrated experience in ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.
