SUMMARY
The System Manager, Imaging Services is responsible for the inpatient and outpatient care provided within the imaging areas of Rochester Regional Health, including, but not limited to ED and OR as well as for the planning and execution of all financial and statistical objectives for the Nuclear Medicine modality within all hospital and ambulatory facilities of Rochester Regional Health in conjunction with facility and imaging leadership.
Responsible, with the RRH team, for the evaluation, training and organization of the technical staff of the departments. Acts as a liaison between departments including but not limited to, ED, OR, Physicians, and Radiologists. Under administrative direction, oversees operational leadership & development of Nuclear Medicine and associated personnel.
Will be responsible for strategic alignment with other affiliates within the System.

ATTRIBUTES
Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required
Graduate of an approved Nuclear Medicine Program with an Associates degree in Nuclear Medicine or completion of Nuclear Medical Technology certification program required.
BS in Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred.
NYS License in Nuclear Medicine
NMTCB Certified
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative, technical and leadership support and supervision for the efficient management of Nuclear Medicine.
- Plan and execute (where needed) all financial objectives for Nuclear Medicine. Assumes responsibility for the development of site / service goals in collaboration with the senior leadership, providing input and management of the budget, and collaboration with other team members to continually improve services and support of the management team.
- Prepare all mandatory hospital regulatory and administrative statistical data or reports. Assumes day-to-day accountability for the provision of quality services in the operations through compliance with State, Federal and Regulatory Agencies.
- Assists with departmental operating budgets as needed for Nuclear Medicine. Coordinates capital needs & requests (documentation, transmittals, etc.)
- Researches and develops improved service methodologies to provide patient service and improved department efficiencies.
- With other leaders & resources, develops policies and procedures to support the site / service and the provision of quality services.
- Assists in planning, directing, and supervising all non-physician aspects of the section of the department in regards to services, program and evaluations of such programs.
- Recommends action to senior leadership regarding equipment modification, new equipment and essential construction with the department. Assists in long range and project planning and recommends facilities, equipment and such contractual services as may be required.
