We are seeking a program manager to lead a team to develop secure and reliable solutions to support the intelligence community's missions. You will be responsible for enhancing government customer capabilities while addressing security challenges. As a program manager on our team, you will manage tasks to ensure all projects move together toward meeting established goals and objectives. You will serve as the government's point of contact and provide technical supervision of and guidance to team members assigned to the Task Order. You will provide strong technical direction in all functions of cybersecurity while guiding architecture, engineering, and sustainment functions and closely monitor the work to deliver quality. Additionally, you will provide technical advice, organize, plan, direct, and manage the team to enable the client mission and ensure goals and objectives of the project, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction are accomplished on time and within budget. Finally, you will work with the customer to identify user requirements, translate the requirements into project plans and milestones, direct and implement plans, and present formal project status and plan briefings to the government managers. You Have: * Experience providing technical and managerial services on projects * Experience with planning, scheduling, tracking program financials, or coordinating and delivering IT projects * Experience with Agile development or DevSecOps and delivering multi-disciplinary IT strategy, planning, implementation, or performance analysis * Knowledge of strategic planning, including refining vision statements and evolving organizational constructs to improve product and service delivery * Ability to manage projects, including numerous workstreams requiring adjusting to shifting priorities and identifying and solving issues * Ability to plan strategies, create and track strategy implementation, track plans, activities, and milestones, coordinate activities and deliverables across the program, and report to executive leadership * Ability to analyze and manage project risks and issues and manage client expectations and satisfaction by performing quality assurance on all deliverables, managing customer and stakeholder relationships, and tracking deliverable development and sign-off * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * Bachelor's degree * IAT Level II Certification Nice If You Have: * Experience managing a project team of around 50 diverse people supporting cybersecurity, computer, network, and security architects, software engineers, cloud architects, and sustainment specialists * Experience with DoD organization and computer and networked systems * Experience with Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) * PMI or PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
