Janitorial Site Manager

Clean All Services Inc., based out of Sidney, OH, is currently looking for an On Site Supervisor for a large facility in our Springfield market!

Clean All covers all of western Ohio - from Toledo to Cincinnati!

Our Supervisor position is primarily a 1st and 2nd shift position, but will help need to supervise & organize a third shift crew, with occasional needs outside of the regular hours, including some weekends as needed.

The On Site Supervisor is a salaried position with a monthly bonus program based on performance and profitability.

The On Site Supervisor plays a very visible, important, and hands on role in the Company. The supervisor is responsible for the following:

- Overall quality assurance at the facility

- Employee training, development, and scheduling

- Identifying areas of opportunity to improve quality & grow our employees

- Employee documentation and counseling

- Scheduling

- Payroll

- Filling in for cleaners/janitors when needed - hands on work & cleaning is required in this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the company blanket insurance policy.

- Must have previous management or supervisory experience, including the supervision of employees - janitorial experience strongly preferred, but not required

- Must be legally allowed to work in the United States

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test
