Production Control is a Genesys L3 support team in OMNI Channel.

This team is responsible to maintain stability in production environment and work on Outage management and incident handling apart from this end-to-end business process activities related to the ongoing migrations and support of the OMNI/Genesys telephony system across multiple LOB’s and also collaborate with Dev team and other stakeholders to ensure the team delivers value to the business and ensures a best-in-class customer experience.

  Provide support for P1 and P2 issues

  Communication and Outage Management

  Work with L2 resources to get the RCA for P1 and P2 issues

  Update KT for any new Issues and set up process to proactive alert and fix for issues

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor L1 and L2 team for any issues that they need help and guidance

  
  


• 
  

  Identify any potential issues in platform and propose the fix/solution with team

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor the Changes scheduled and look for any potential impact which could be caused

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor the new Hotfix and Release of Genesys products and recommend the upgrade

  
  


• 
  

  Work with Optum SMEs and Developers to identify and fix the issues identified in P1 and P2 tickets

  
  


•

  5+ years of SIP Based Solution experience

  5+ years of Orchestration server experience

  5+ years of WWE Inbound\Outbound experience

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of Digital experience (Chat/GMS)

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years engineering experience

  
  


• 
  

  GRE and GRAT experience

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in Multi Shift On-Call Rotation Model

  
  


• 
  

  Genesys Framework and Troubleshooting knowledge

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
