Our IT Team in Naugatuck, CT is looking for a new WMS Developer Your Role As a WMS developer working with Solution Architects and functional teams you will ensure the smooth and efficient design and implementation of solutions that fulfil the needs of the customer. Utilizing your WMS knowledge and experience you contribute to solution delivery across the project lifecycle. Your Responsibilities • Design, development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Blue Yonder warehouse management system (WMS).
• Development of MOCA/SQL commands.
• Creation of Pages for end user use.
• Creation of reports using Jasper.
• Program, implement, and test a collection of new modifications and standard functionalities.
• Debug and resolve a variety of issues (performance and bugs) by reading through trace files.
• JDA Integrator development.
• Creation of technical documents during the development cycle.
• Develop utilities, procedures, and documentation upon customer requirements
• Maintain application release control (version control)
• Work with varying software development and deployment packages.
• Mentor and train others. Your Skills and Experiences • BS in Computer Science or related field
• Domain knowledge in WMS solutions. 
• JDA WMS / Discrete experience preferable. Manhattan and other WMS considered.
• Experience of BY technology stack - MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports and labels, WebUI, Integrator.
• A software house, consultancy or project delivery background
• Strong problem-solving skills – experience of resolving complex technical or functional issues.
• Experience of understanding complex requirements and shaping into solutions.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to articulate technical issues and solutions with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of SDLC processes, ideally agile, and have a good experience on requirement analysis, design and implementation.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Ability to self-manage deliverables and due dates
• Great attitude and commitment to get the job done

Nice to Have
• Basic Java skills.
