You will be part of a team that engages with local suppliers, develops solicitations, negotiates, places and administersa variety of complex contracts that support the technical organizations acrossall ofNNL. Required Skills

Associate:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university

Intermediate:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years relevant experience; or
  • Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of relevant experience
Preferred Skills
  • Experience/knowledge withsupply chain, procurement, and contracts.
  • Process improvement team exposure with initiating improvements to gain efficiencies.
  • Experience with data analysis and compilations, extensive file documentation and organization.
  • High level of efficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation. Naval Nuclear Laboratory personnel are FMP employees who work at four DOE facilities: Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Kenneth A. Kesselring Site, and Naval Reactors Facility, and at the U.S. Department of Defense-owned Nuclear Power Training Unit-Charleston.
