Boeing is looking for an Experienced Product Data Management Engineer a based out of Everett, WA

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and leads the development, analysis, management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of highly integrated complex products.
  • Leads the definition and planning of comprehensive sets of product and subsystem level technical design reviews and audits for new and derivative products.
  • Leads the analysis of complex product trades and/or changes and the development of change proposals.
  • Leads the implementation of Configuration and Data Management standards, processes, systems and tools.
  • Leads and directs the definition and allocation of Configuration Management and Data Management requirements for product hardware, software and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Assures the integration of product elements; analyzes and resolves complex issues with engineering product structure.
  • Leads and directs the development, integration and implementation of engineering technical program plans. Works under minimal direction.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 9+ years of experience or equivalent to technical education.

Typical Education/Experience: 

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience) in the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
