Position Responsibilities
- Process custom print and drop ship orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email.
- Proof and edit customer artwork to ensure it is production-ready.
- Monitor orders daily to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.
- Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
- Be a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
- Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
