Assistant Manager - Now Hiring

We are now hiring for management positions. 

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.75 per hour and up depending on experience

Assistant Managers are responsible for:  

• Performance, engagement and training initiatives  
• Reaching sales and profit goals   
• Exhibiting top-notch customer service to guests 
• Ensuring the highest level of product quality  
• Creating and managing team schedules  
• Opening and/or closing the restaurant  
• Assisting in store administration and organization 
• Fostering a friendly, supportive and successful work environment for other team members  
• Conducting himself/herself in a professional manner at all times  

Requirements: 

We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least one year of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level.
