We are looking for compassionate CNA's and experienced caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

We are hiring full-time and part-time CNA's and experienced caregivers in Wichita, Andover, Derby, Goddard, Maize, Valley Center, and Bel Aire!

 We need CNA's and experienced caregivers who can work evenings and weekends to meet our clients needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and conversation
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing
  • Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Helping family members learn safe care techniques
  • Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus! 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations
  • A strong desire to provide compassionate care
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation
  • Proof of current TB testing
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
  • Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
