Certified Nursing Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant Job Duties include:
- Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Assist clients with ambulation and transferring if needed
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Assist with meal preparation
- Assist with medication reminding
- Assist in providing a safe environment for client
- Engage clients with activities and accompany to social activities
- Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
