We have long-term contracts with all of the large technology companies and are looking for a Superintendent to help run them.

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for project execution, safety, and quality control throughout pre-construction, construction, and close-out activities on upcoming projects. Also responsible for utilizing scheduling software to complete all schedules for laborers, etc.

Job Details
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for project execution, safety, and quality control throughout pre-construction, construction, and close-out activities on upcoming projects. Also responsible for utilizing scheduling software to complete all schedules for laborers, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Superintendent working on projects at/over $5m in size
- Extensive Tenant Improvement experience
- Must have experience using MS Project
- Client facing candidates preferred, we are looking for people to be the face of our brand
