Billy Barnes Enterprises is hiring CDL A Local Wood Chip Drivers in Dothan, AL to haul wood chip, bark, saw dust and shavings on local hauls in the area.

Compensation

• Top local drivers earn $70,000+
  • Average Weekly pay: $1,100
  • Paid by the load
  • Waiting time pay at delivery locations

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Daily
• Route: Local, within 150 miles of Dothan, AL
• Schedule: 5 to 6 days per week, average around 60 hours per week
  • M-F, occasional Saturday when needed
  • All shifts available
• Level of Touch: Some light tarping, handle crank or electric tarps

Equipment

• Late model International/Kenworth Trucks
• Trailers are aluminum containers, onsite dumps lift and dump
• Automatic transmission available

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have graduated from a certified truck driving school, display adequate working knowledge of a tractor trailer during a road test or have one year of verifiable tractor trailer experience
• No more than three moving violations in 3 years.
• No more than two accidents in 3 years.
• No more than a total combination of 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years
• No DUI/DWIs
• If applicant has one of the following violations and no other violations, the application will be forwarded to the safety director for review:
  • Excessive speeding (More than 15 mph over posted speed limit)
  • Reckless Driving
  • Improper or erratic lane change
  • Following too closely
  • Violating any of the six-railroad crossing rule
• Any felonies or criminal convictions within the last 10 years will be reviewed
• Must live within 50 Miles of Dothan, AL
