3rd Shift Material Handler

Responsible for supplying raw materials according to the shop order to the manufacturing floor and is also responsible for loading, unloading, and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods.

• Read shop orders and fill requisitions accurately.
• Able to maintain an accurate flow of inventory.
• Prepare logbooks for receiving products during shift.
• Log in pallet number, amount, item number and customer name of requested orders.
• Operate lift trucks, fork-lifts and push-pull machinery.
• Coordinate with shipping office for possible shipments needed.
• Prepare product for staging area completion including finishing, strapping, bundling, and removal of product from the line for storage /shipping .
• Able to process finished goods through finishing line process.
• Enter necessary information into computer accurately.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• High school or GED diploma required
• Good computer skills
• Good written skills
• Good communications
• Lift truck experience
• Complete safety orientation and OSHA standards safety training
