We are looking for an Office Assistant to help manage our successful home care business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating office operations.

If you have a PCA/HHA background it is a plus! We are seeking a candidate that is looking to branch into the office side of home health care. We are willing to train entry level candidates who are motivated to start in the office side of Home Health Care.

PCA/HHA Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Working directly with the office manager with the following items
  • Assist with staff schedules and coordinating calendars (Outlook)
  • Assisting with potential care covers 
  • Assist with onboarding all new cases under the Office Manager 
  • Use our software application as the basis for all scheduling 
  • Help answering a multi-line phone and forwarding calls from potential clients and caregivers
  • Assisting in the scheduling of the interviews, hiring, and training process for all new staff under the office manager (Setting up zoom calls and reminders)
  • Assist in maintaining client and employee files, ensuring content complies with state and federal regulations
  • Keep documentation logs for all events, incidents, complaints, etc. that occur for both clients and staff
  • Data Input for documentation purposes
  • Assist in filing, copying, and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Good communication, computer, and organizational skills (Outlook/Office 365 is used in Office)
  • Possess a positive attitude, good people skills, and a professional appearance
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good work ethic
  • PCA/HHA Certified Caregivers looking to make the jump to Administration are welcome to apply!
